Inspections

Main inspections, emissions tests and further inspections are recorded – with date, result and the resulting next date.

Every date is placed into one of three warning levels based on its remaining time: notice, due soon and critical. A deadline becomes critical before the date – seven days before it by default, not only once it has passed. Administrators define the thresholds under Settings. Choose them so a warning still leaves room to act – and not so early that it becomes background noise.

Service intervals

A maintenance interval can be defined in three ways:

The mileage-based check builds on the recorded mileage readings. The more current they are, the more accurate the due date.

Further deadlines

The same overview brings together:

• expiring insurance contracts
• expiring plate reservations
• open and overdue workshop orders

Notices in the application

Upcoming deadlines appear by category and severity directly inside the application – with the same state on every workstation, because all of them work on the same database.

Reporting

The deadline overview can be printed as a PDF or exported as XLSX or CSV – for example as a basis for scheduling with the inspection authority. See Reports and export.
